Boot Camp Training With Mike Masters
Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 PM

Meet at Upham Beach

Training is conducted from Upham Beach located on the south end of St Pete Beach and starts with an easy 3 mile jog stopping every 2-3 minutes for some kind of exercise (squats, push ups, lunges, etc). Then finish with 20 minutes of Ab exercises. You think your fit? Want to get fitter? This is a great class to increase endurance, build that important core and make you proud to wear a bathing suit!_________________________________________________________________________________________________

SPRR is offering a 4 to 7.5 mile beach run/walk each morning through the week, tide permitting. If you like walking or running on the beach, this is for you! It's a great way to start the day.

Fit for Life - Speedwork and Group Runs

SPRR is offering a mile run along a loop course on Tuesday nights.  Feel free to run more or less if you prefer or join other SPRR members doing speedwork along Gulf Blvd. We have the course marked in 1/8 mile increments.  In addition to the workout, a group of members often walks over to a local Italian restaurant for a nice yet runner's casual sit down dinner.  We'd love to have you join us.

Feather Sound One Loop Course
Feather Sound Two Loop Course

The Feather Sound Loop is 3.95 miles for a single loop or a double loop of 6.7 miles.  This is a scenic door-to-door run from the Wellness Center which offers rest rooms, water fountains, and the opportunity to purchase sports drinks, bars, and shakes.

Join Jim at the Carillon Wellness Center for a .76 mile boardwalk loop run or walk which surrounds a lake as the group completes this course up to 4 times or 3 miles.  This door-to-door run from the Wellness Center offers rest rooms, water fountains, and the opportunity to purchase sports drinks, bars, and shakes.

Join club members every Friday night at 6:00 pm at the Coffee Pot Park for a waterfront run to the Pier and back, or as long as you'd like it to be.  And don’t forget to stick around and celebrate your run with other club members as we take in some great food and libations afterwards!

You will be sure to find someone to run with on our Saturday morning run from Fit for Life, and groups are organized based on pace. The course is approximatley 5 miles out and back. However, we have runners and walkers going distances from 3 to 15 miles.

Come join us at Ft. DeSoto Park on Sunday mornings. You will meet and run with some great people and also enjoy an awesome sunrise. We offer runs from 5 to 20 miles and an 80 minute walk for all abilities. The map depicts a 10 mile out and back course, but the run can be extended by taking additional trails.  All are done on paved trails.
